OMG - One Monthly Goal

I met my January goal early!

Super cool because I'm leaving for Hawaii 

tomorrow morning!

2018 Finish Along: Q1

I'm seriously looking forward to a productive

2018!

My goal for the year is to work through my 

STASH!

I continue to be a Hive Mama for Stash Bee - Hive #7

And I'm in my 5th year as a charity quilter/sewer in the

believe circle @ do. good stitches.

This quarter I'm not shooting for the stars.

I'm keeping it minimal.

This week I was told I have cancer in my thyroid and it will need to 

be removed.

Good news is that the surgery cures 98%.

My thyroid is coming out and I'm moving on!

The surgery will be after my Hawaii vacation 

{which has been planned for 2 years now!}

My Quarter 1 list:

1.  Snowflake Quilt - Jan is my month at Stash Bee

2.  Window Box Quilt - Jan is also my host month at do. good stitches

3.  Autumn Quilt - has been on my list for awhile

4.  Summer/Beach/Hawaii Tribute Quilt - why not???

5.  Sharktown Quilt - I'm a huge shark fan

6.  Six Fat Snowman - Lizzie Kate Pattern

My word for the year is PEACE.  

Nothing is going to waiver that.

Not even cancer.

OMG: January 2018

Happy New Year!

This is going to be a short month for me - 

I'll be visiting my sister in Hawaii !!

She moved there almost 2 years ago and I miss seeing

her all the time! 

Back to business:  One Monthly Goal for January 2018 

will be to create and ship a little flying geese mini

for a swap on flickr.
